Sunday 15th June – Celebration Sunday:  Today, as well as being Father’s Day(!) we will have the opportunity as a congregation to celebrate together, as the Sunday Club ends, as presentations are made, as achievements are celebrated, and as we thank God for one another, and for what we have enjoyed and achieved together. A lunch will be served in the large hall following the service.

Walking Group:  Our next evening walk will take place on Tuesday 17th June. This walk is a 3 mile stroll round Baron’s Haugh RSPB Nature Reserve which is part of the Dalzell Estate. Those interested in going should meet outside the Church at 6:30 pm. Travel will be in shared cars.

Glasgow Close Knit: All the knitted blankets produced across Glasgow Presbytery will be displayed on Sunday 22nd June from 10am till 5pm at the Drying Green on Glasgow Green, G40 1BA. Knitters, go along and look for your own squares!

Cambuslang & Flemington Hallside Churches Holiday Club: is on the 5th & 6th August 9.30-4.30. We are in need of Leaders and people to make the lunches. For further info speak to Karen Hamilton DCS.

Holiday Clubs: We are looking for volunteers to help with the holiday clubs over the summer. The first is in Flemington Hallside Church on the 5th and 6th of August, and the second is in Burnside Blairbeth Church on the 12th and 13th August. We need group leaders and people in the kitchen. Group leaders would be required from 8.30am – 5pm, kitchen from 10 am – 12noon. If you would like more information or can help at all please contact Shona Baird, shona.crrt@outlook.com.

Reachout Trust: From September, Reachout is going to be blessed with another SU Gap Year, Jenna. To enable Jenna to carry out her Gap year they need to find her accommodation locally. If this is something you could offer, please contact rossm.crrt@outlook.com, Also see poster on the notice board for further information.

Play Bags: A few bags hanging in the vestibule are available for parents to use during services. You are welcome to take one to use with your child during the service. Please return it to the vestibule after the service.

The Prayer Tree is situated inside the welcome area, for anyone in the church and community who wishes to add a prayer to it. You can write your prayer on one of the supplied labels, and either put it on the tree or into the prayer box. The ministry team will look at the prayers regularly and pray for you. ‘Then you will call to me. You will come and pray to me, and I will answer you.’ (Jeremiah 29.12).
