Children’s activities for children aged 3 years old to Primary 7 take place in our halls following the Children’s Time – all children welcome! If you have younger children, feel free to stay in church with them, but if you need to leave, the Welcome Area at the main door is available.

Setting apart as reader: We are delighted that one of our members, Graham Macgregor, has qualified as a Reader of the Church of Scotland. This comes at the end of a number of years of theological study and practical training. The Presbytery of Glasgow will hold a service to Set Apart Graham on Thursday 24 August at 7pm, here at Cambuslang Parish Church. Please do come along and help celebrate with Graham! If you wish to attend the tea and buffet afterwards, please let us know to help us with catering arrangements- sign-up sheets are available in the welcome area.
Bridgeton St Francis in the East (26 Queen Mary St, G40 3BB) will be celebrating its 150th anniversary on Sunday, 3 September and there will be a special service at 11am that day to mark the occasion. Everyone welcome.
Foodbank: A big thank you to everyone who supports the Foodbank by donating. The items most needed this month are: UHT milk, soup, tinned tomatoes, tinned fruit, rice pudding, coffee and jam.
Church Office: The office will be closed on Thursdays 17 & 24 August. You can leave a message on the answering machine – this will be picked up.
