The Guild

Every three years the National Guild selects six Projects, both at home and abroad, which they feel are worthy of support. We are then free to choose one of them, if we wish, as our main project for the Session.

This year we have chosen a Crossreach project called Playful Beginnings. In the Edinburgh Sunflower Garden they will deliver Parent and Infant Relationship Therapy. Parents can access counselling sessions while their babies are cared for. At the Daisy Chain in Glasgow the team will work to improve child health and wellbeing through play. They aim to strengthen family relationships and help families become more resilient.

On Monday the 3rd of March we look forward to hearing about this very worthwhile work. All are welcome to join us at that meeting.
