The morning of October 11th was a beautiful sunny one as we set off on our holiday weekend. Based in the Park Hotel in Montrose we all enjoyed three days of fellowship and great hospitality as well as food! Friday evening’s entertainment was laid on by our own two stars, Alastair and Jim who gave us an evening of fun and song. The excursion on Saturday took in the stunning scenery of Royal Deeside including Ballater and Braemar. After a stop at Blairgowrie, Dunkeld and Bankfoot on Sunday, we returned to Cambuslang having been blessed with sunshine and beautiful weather all weekend.
