Our Mission statement:

We are a warm and welcoming church

who seek to help all people experience and share

the love and teachings of Jesus Christ

in our worship and community involvement.

We affirm the dignity of all people

through compassion and kindness.

Our offerings help support the mission and work of our church and we are grateful to all those who give financially Sunday by Sunday. Many people give by standing order but there is also the option to give via the offering plate in the vestibule area of the church, immediately before entering or leaving the sanctuary. You can pop your offering in the plate either before or after the service. Thank you!

The funeral of Mrs Marlene Neilson will take place at 1pm on Monday 12th January at South Lanarkshire Crematorium. Marlene’s son Craig and her sister, Elizabeth, are keen for friends from the church to be with them on the day.

Richard Harbinson’s funeral will be on Thursday 15th January with a Church Service at 10.45am and then to Daldowie Crematorium for 11.45am.

Fellowship Tea Rota: Members of the Fellowship Tea team should have received the new rota by email.  Copies are also available in the kitchen. Thanks to all who serve the congregation in this way.

Please note that owing to a hall booking, there will be no Fellowship Tea after the service next Sunday, 18th January.

Foodbank: A big thank you to everyone who supports the Foodbank by donating. The items most needed this month are: Sugar, UHT Milk, Diluting Juice, Coffee, Tinned Fruit, Rice Pudding, Tinned Meat/Fish, Jam, Toilet Rolls, Washing Powder.

Foodbank Thank You: We have received a letter of thanks from the Foodbank for the generous donation given to them from the church.  They also thanked us for the continuous support we give them.
