In order to comply with Scottish Government requirements for data gathering and maximum limits on attending a worship service, we have set up a booking system for church services.
Although our building can hold a great many people, we are limited to 50 people by the current Scottish Government guidelines. As this increases, we will increase the available tickets.
(This includes the minister and any members of service teams.)
Our primary aim is to welcome as many people back to Church in as fair a way as possible.
In order to physically attend a service, you must book a seat in advance.
If you have any issues, you can follow this tutorial
Or you can call Charlie burns on this number:
Seats can be booked 2 weeks in advance, and as there is no offering/collection being uplifted during the service, you can either place your free will offering or donation envelopes in the offering plate situated in the vestibule as you leave the church.
Alternatively, you will have an opportunity to make an offering donation online at the time of booking your seat.
We must request that you only follow one of these two options and do not arrive on the day without booking a place, as we have stringent legal requirements that must be met to restart services. These rules are set by not only the Scottish Government but also by the Church of Scotland and fully agreed by the Kirk Session.
Anyone who arrives on the day without a booked seat will be refused entry until the last pre-booked person arrives and is seated, or maximum capacity is reached.
It is our expectation that these regulations will relax over time – however, we must stress that currently the only two options for attending a service are listed above.
By booking a seat you are consenting to have your temperature checked on arrival and agreeing to wear a face covering for the duration of the service.
We look forward to seeing everyone back at church – please be assured that we have engineered a very safe and welcoming space for all our members.
If you are unable to attend Church for any reason, worship will continue as it has been over lockdown and is available:
